I got a notice about my change of flight

The numbers given on the website is not in service and Im calling from the USA,185********,912345****,201901****,201806****.. why theres a runaround on the live chat and have to pay for a fee.. trying to get in touch is so hard and difficult

Pets policy

my family have flight on march 3 from manila to canada but we have stop over in hongkong and narita via hongkong airlines. it is posible to bring our pet. do you have a policy about that.?

I book a ticket last December 30 after a got the reference number then I lost the page.i thought it go through the booking but I didn't receive any email confirmation about the booking so I go again to the homepage of Hong Kong airlines and book again but when I check to my card online I paid the two booking.the first booking with the reference and the booking with the confirmation.i just want a refund for that

Massively excessive baggage fee

HK Airlines charged us $1350 ISD for 3 additional bags (2 golf clubs) while we were escaping a typhoon and had no choice but to board the plane. Unwilling to discuss or negotiate the amount. We have no problem paying some extra fees but this is ridiculous.....the 3 tickets were only a total of $900 CDN!!!!
