I am writing on behalf of my aunt, Ms. Suwanna Utamanon, who recently experienced an unfortunate incident during her journey with Hong Kong Airlines. Ms. Suwanna flew from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Fukuoka Airport, Japan, on 18th November 2023 under the booking reference ETKT851937****741/2. Regrettably, upon her arrival in Fukuoka, she discovered that her checked luggage did not arrive at the destination with her. She promptly reported the issue to the local airport authorities in Fukuoka, who have initiated a search for her missing luggage. I have attached the Property Irregularity Report (PIR) as evidence in another email that has been separately sent to crd@***.com. The loss of her luggage has caused Ms. Suwanna significant inconvenience, especially as she is currently without essential belongings, including clothing and personal items. Considering the urgency of the matter, we kindly request your prompt assistance and attention to the following matters: 1. Luggage Retrieval: We would appreciate your continuous efforts in locating and expediting the return of Ms. Suwanna's missing luggage. HK Airlines charged us $1350 ISD for 3 additional bags (2 golf clubs) while we were escaping a typhoon and had no choice but to board the plane. Unwilling to discuss or negotiate the amount. We have no problem paying some extra fees but this is ridiculous.....the 3 tickets were only a total of $900 CDN!!!!
